I remember a joke about a guy wearing a three-piece suit for his vasectomy appointment. "If you want to be impotent you gotta look impotent."
It's a stereotype - but many with a penis do have a false sense of importance. However, I doubt they will be buying these pills, likely meant to enhance their feeling of 'importance'.
